Physical Security Operation:

  • Monitoring of all threats and unauthorized entries to all restricted areas, investigate and close the case with proper finding and justification as per the SOP Guidelines.
  • Monitoring & handling alarms using Lenel & CNL applications.
  • Dispatch critical alarms like fire alarms, high temperature alarms, AED alarm, Panic alarms to the respective site DMs within SLA breach.
  • Maintaining DVR/ NVR CCTV backups for 45 days and conducting daily camera audit to check the camera clarity and viewing position on daily bases.
  • During fire incident, send Service now (SNOW) and Everbridge notification to the respective stakeholders and initiate bridge call to discuss about the fire incident.
  • New access badge activation, badge de-activation, temporary badge activation, replace of lost/damage badge for Asia sites.
  • Provide required access level to the critical areas with respective AGO's approval to prevent unauthorized entries.
  • Handling emergency line 24/7 and provide required assistance to the associates during emergency.


Transport Security Operations:

  • 24/7 monitoring travel and transport cab alarms for employee's safety and security reasons through MIS (MoveinSync) application.
  • Monitoring female associates cabs that are traveling between 1845hrs to 0600hrs and ensure their safe reach confirmation through IVR.
  • Taking manual confirmation from the female associates who are not confirmed their safe reach through IVR and send notification mails to the associates on daily basis.
  • Sending Indemnification escalation mails on daily basis to the female associates who are roster and not avail the company transport during silent hours between 1845hrs to 0600hrs.
  • Handling offsite events and provide required assistance during the event.
  • Pull out the reports through Travel Tracker application and update associate profiles in MIS and Lenel application for inbound or outbound travelers/visitors.


Incident or Crisis Management

  • Uses multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally that may impact Organization and Business.
  • Prepare daily trap and share to the respective stakeholders.
  • Initiate Pre-Assessment call and send ServiceNow (SNOW)/ Everbridge message to stakeholders to join the bridge call and discuss about the event/incident. Update the current situation for future course of action and Business Continuity Plans.
  • If the Incident/event is closed, send a closures update to stakeholders.
  • Responded quickly to emergency situations to assess and deflect issues.
