  • Won Brewmaster Cup for 2022 and 2023.
  • Credited for making qualitative improvements in reducing DO levels to 10 ppb in the finished product.
  • Successfully achieved 10 brews per day as against the targeted 9 brews per day.
  • Contributed towards developing new beer brands with R & D team.
  • Achieved highest production of 6.4 and 14.2 lacs in May’18 & Mar 24 with 100% beer availability.

  • Worked on a project “Identification genes related to potassium transporter family HAK in Sorghum Bicolor” during my master’s education.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations which include brewing, fermentation, filtration, and documentation of the same.
  • Monitoring of the fermentation profile for Mild & Strong brands daily & reporting the status to the manager.
  • Day-wise analysis of operational losses & waste, minimizing the beer losses during the process with perfect process planning.
  • Ensuring Production Plan and Stock management. Ensuring to meet production targets.
  • Monitoring the proper usage of RM.
  • Proper planning of filter. Managing maximum throughput from the filter.
  • Proper Yeast management.
  • Proper control of Fermentation parameters.
  • Coordinating with QA & QC to take corrective actions.
  • Coordinating with the maintenance department for preventive maintenance for avoiding any breakdown.
  • Plant CIP, hygiene and infection control.
  • To implement safety norms, SOPS & Standard guidelines.
