• Capacity added in Profile grinding process by 200000 piston-ring componenets per month.
• Commissioned & handed over 2 old Russian machines to production with the capacity of 3000 components/shift.
• On Job Training on manufacturing process to New Trainees at the time of Lay Off. Process & machine operation training given to new joined operators at the time of employee's layoff without affecting the production activities in the line.
• Deputed to Delhi for pre-acceptance & vendor evaluation: - Was deputed to Delhi for vendor evaluation & pre-acceptance of a customized machine.
• Deputed to Japan for pre-acceptance of profile grinder machine: - Was deputed to Japan for quality approval & pre-acceptance of special purpose machine.
