Supplier Quality Assurance

• Responsible for Supplier related Quality issues with counter measure follow up and monitoring the effectiveness of the CAPA.
• Reviewing of supplier Raw material test reports, inspection reports and quality reports as per our organisation standard(COA validation).
• Focusing on eliminating the rejections at supplier end by more process approach controls such as POKE YOKE Projects.
• Customer and internal audit handling, IATF audit preparation, and internal system audit preparation, PPAP audit handling, and closure of nonconformities, planning and conducting statistical studies and analysis such as SPC and MSA
• Planning & conducting statistical studies & analysis such as SPC & MSA.
• Calibration follow-up for inhouse instruments & supplier sourcing for QA activities. Monthly process audit & action plan monitoring.
• Conducting the Supplier QCD Evaluation by every quarter of the year and separating the panel and non panel suppliers by the result of it.

Quality Management systems

• Preparing and updating IATF 16949:2016 Quality Manual
• Preparing and updating the quality process mapping, procedures, and formats to get management approval
• Assisting in the preparation for management reviews, internal audits, and third-party audits
• Conducting Process audit & product audit in the manufacturing systems & responsible for NC closure with effectiveness monitoring.

Customer Quality

• Achieve the customer target within 0 PPM and satisfaction
• Customer and internal complaint receiving and action taken and following to eliminate the issue •
• Co-ordinate with the internal team for the preparation of customer audits, such as the 5 Star Audit (Hyundai and KIA), ASES Audit (Renault-Nissan), VSA Audit (MSIL), MSA Audit (Ford), and be responsible for audit closure with the customer
• Responsible for customer complaint action plan report submission to the customer, and effectiveness monitoring in the process
• Responsible for warranty management for all applicable customers along with action plan report submission.
• Responsible for initiating the 4M Changes to the customers & Preparing the PPAP documents for the same.

• Won the Employee of the month award for reducing the line rejections from 1200 PPM to 200 PPM.
• Won the Employee of the month award for achieving 0 PPM trend at the customer end.
• Won the Pocket kaizen award for implementing RM Granules size modification which caused the color variations issues.
