  iii) Coordination with external investigators and medical experts for accurate claim assessments.
  iv) Streamlining the investigation process for faster claim resolution and improved customer experience.
• Dec 2015 - March 2024: Led TP (Third Party) investigation portfolio for West Bengal region, which included:
  i) Conducting in-depth investigations of third-party claims, ensuring accurate fact-finding and documentation.
  ii) Collaborating with law enforcement, witnesses, and legal teams to validate claims.
  iii) Implementing fraud detection strategies, significantly reducing fraudulent claims in the region.
