Key Responsibilities

• Payment Recovery: Contact debtors via telephone, email, or in-person visits to initiate payment collection.
• Negotiation: Negotiate repayment plans and settlement terms with clients to resolve outstanding debts.
• Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all collection efforts, customer interactions, and payment commitments in CRM systems.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly collection targets set by management.
• Compliance: Ensure all recovery activities strictly follow legal guidelines, company policies, and ethical practices.
• Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports on collection status and field visits to supervisors.

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
