• Improve machine quality by identifying / redesigning machine, developing cost-effective solutions and overseeing successful implementation into production.
• Implementing TPM, POKA YOKE and KAIZENS.
• Root cause analysis of each problem for long term solution.
• Down time reduction.
• Analysis of Break down periodically to do CAPA to improve on availability of equipment's for better productivity and OEE.
• Maintaining of Critical spares to avoid any delays due to non-availability of spares.
• Location specific spare management to reduce MTTR.
• Regular interaction with machine operator.
• Kaizen to improve MTTR and MTBF.
• Project Management.
• Capex planning and execution in plant level.
• Part/make standardization.
• New machines installation.
• Ensuring smooth transition from installation to production.
• Cost.
• Control expenditure within budget by improving MTBF,MTTR and cycle time.
• Daily monitoring for Consumable, maintenance and energy cost.
• Data Management.( SAP-PM )
• Notification (preventive/breakdown/improvements).
• Will be able to get all reports ( Cost, time, MTTR, MTBF, PM adherence ).
