· Preparation of weekly Inventory board report (Chennai, Pune, Pune warehouse, Punjab, Odisha and Bhopal) and circulating it to the top management of Kubota Agricultural Machinery and Sumitomo Corporation.
· Ensuring the FIFO System is followed throughout all the products to avoid the ageing of machines.
· Implementing new process changes and capturing the same in process change communication format for management approval.
· Damage report preparation for internal damages and escalating the same to the management within 24 hours from the incident.
· Receiving the transporter confirmation for the transit damage & missing items and replacing through parts request with reference to K-Pad system (part illustration manual).
