• Maintain the Order book as per the new Initiative requests received from various Business teams.

• Prioritizing the new Initiatives as per the guidance from the Change control board.

• Manage a Team of BA's

• Maintain Product backlog, Allocation of new Initiatives to the BAs in the team.

• Liaising with different stakeholders both internal and external.

• Liaise with Vendors on the new Initiatives, conducted Knowledge sharing sessions and monitored the progress acted as SPOC.

• Preparation/Review of Detailed Requirements Document, EPIC & User Stories.

• Functional Design/Solutioning for new initiatives and presenting them in Architecture Forum.

• Engage with Partner systems and involve in Interface design.

• Preparation/Review of Interface Requirements Document.

• Developing/Reviewing the prototypes required for the new Enhancements.

• Presentation of detailed requirements to the development and testing teams

• Managed Demonstrations of the new functionality with the Business stakeholders.

• Participate in Defect Management Board discussions, suggest on Defect prioritization.
