Project 1: KOTAK CLOS Sales Force - Banking Domain

            Kotak Mahindra Bank (the Bank) is the flagship company of the Kotak Group. It is one amongst the fastest growing banks and most admired financial institutions in India. Using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Kotak has unified its lead management processes across products and business lines. All leads are consolidated in one place, so that none are overlooked. For those leads interested in a loan, Kotak has streamlined the entire loan origination cycle. Here we have mainly checked end to end flow of Application Creation for different Business Groups, Enter data, Validate data as per business requirement, Assignment workflow, Sanction, Disbursement & Repayment functionality.

 Responsibilities in the Project:

• To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested.
• Working with oracle Database for sql quires.
• Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested.
• Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing.
• Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
• Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
• Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
• Verify the manual test Result, and Logging the Defect and updating status to the higher management.
