• batches execution in shop floor as per production plan i.e indent required raw material to ware house followed by receiving batch wise raw materials to production block then
• before initiation of batch,cross checking the required raw material,required equipment s,documents ,utilities,and intimation to the QC dept for inprocess analysis,and required PPE,s
• proceed the process as per BMR and maintain required conditions for reaction moving followed by sending requred in process samples to Quality control dept and followed results ,if meets as per our pre determined specifications mentioned in the BMR then proceed the next process till the end of the batch,
• if oberved any delay or deviations from the standard procedure escalation to the higher level followed by to the QA dept ,for furthur action.
• following of safety precuations ,GMP,data integrity ,online document updation,online check list updation during the manufacturing of process.
• cordination with ENGG,QC,QA,SAFETY Departments for necessary actions.
• maintaing of good house keeping and updation of daily check list,calibrations
• after completion of batches handover the out put materials to ware house as per sop
