• Preparation of Scope of work and Bill of quantities for proposed projects with respect to requirements from management team.
• Coordination with Supply chain management team which involves providing technical support on explaining scope of work to PMCs General contractors, OEMs and receiving techno commercial quotes.
• Supplier/Vendor management by having a proactive approach in terms of scheduling project with respect to various disciplines such as Structural design, Civil, PEB, Fire protection, HVAC, Electrical system, Lighting system & Infrastructure.
• Scheduling projects based on critical path and managing all scope changes. Resolving conflicts and Monitoring budgets.
• Guiding local onsite engineers, QA/QC & Quantity surveyor during execution of project which involves approval of materials based on quality, ensuring best practices on construction, Ensuring safety at site and Bill verification based on site measurements.
• Providing support for factories on internal and external audits(FM global) ensuring best ratings.
• Developing and delivering infrastructure projects such a Roads, Warehouses, Offices &canteen, Boundary walls, Storm water drainage, Parking area, Sewage treatment and other. miscellaneous projects.
• Providing support to maintenance team with issues related to facilitates such as Ventilation, Water proofing, Repair and infrastructure modification

Global Civil & Structural engineer - Leading all green field & Brown field expansion projects across 15 locations covering 4 continents.

• Prepare project feasibility study for commercial team onshore & offshore based on inputs from monthly sales and operations planning report.
• Develop conceptual plans for new factories based on plot drawing, production process and ramp up plan received from business development by regular meetings with all necessary stakeholders/project mangers.
• Providing constant support on all EPC projects in terms of civil & structural design validation, execution & hand over of the projects.
• Creation of digital twins of factories using BIM tools like Revit and assist on simulation of production process improving efficiency in terms of output.
• Providing support globally covering all 15 locations in terms of expansion projects in terms of implementing lean methodology on space planning.

• Building information modelling of retail stores using Revit structure based on requirements from store planning team
• Seismic design of heavy duty and light duty fixture/racks in ware house as per US codes and regulations.
• Snow load mapping of all stores based on existing capacity of joist used in stores to estimate capacity of snow load in stores.

• Preparation of design data which includes estimating toads, modeling structures, parameters such as wind speed, snow load, seismic coefficient for all projects based on IBC and US codes for local county.
• Drafting and detailing of structural drawings as per US standards for bid sets using AutoCAD. 3d Modelling of commercial and residential structures based on AutoCAD drawings and sections using Revit structure.
