  • Productivity Improvements, TPH improvement of outbound area from Dec 2022 to Mar 2023. In Jan TPH was 288 After a successful adoption and identification of mechanism we were able to achieved 540 of TPH in Jun 2021. Which is 106% of our BM rate.
  • GK/PS Yield Improvements, GK yield trending on 97% & PS yield trending on 99.41% in Mar 2022. After a successful adoption and identification of mechanism we were able to achieved GK yield improved by 2% & PS yield improve by .3% at the end of Jun 2021. And current scenario is GK yield trending on 99.23% & PS yield trending is 99.72%.
  • Smart Inventory - Management System, IN phase 1 a smart Inventory - Management tool is created or implemented in GURZ in March 2022. Phase 2 is going on we will plan to create a dashboard and implement in INSC.
  • Consumables Wastage & Cost Reduction, Consumables wastage reduction initiate in Jan 2022. And were able to reduce wastage from 12% to 3% in one quarter. It will help us to save the consumables cost for year is 11.6Lakh INR.
  • FL Flow to Hybrid Layout modification, Before driving this project our TPH was 181. After completion of this project our TPH was 211.
  • Wasted Truck Reduction Program, Led the wasted truck reduction program at GURZ SC and saved 3.8cr in total of 12 weeks and cost saving is continuous and improving.
  • PFS Launch (Packaging Free Shipment), Led PFS Launch in GURZ SC majorly contributed on layout design and implementations.
  • Diwali Peak Delivery, Contributed in delivering highest mark of Customer Units in Diwali Peak '2020 Wave 2 of 480K including pop-up site for the day, helped to clinch highest ever recorded mark.
