1. Recruitment Processes
● Sourcing, Screening & matching the Profiles based on MRF
● Self involvement in preliminary telephonic and personal interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects Etc.)
● Interview finalization keeping a track on selected candidates with joining date and updating to the management.
● Analyze the resource requirement for different functions & roles in coordination with the delivery managers
● Interacting with the Consultants, Head hunting
● Performing activities like Internal Job posting and Employee Referral Schemes to fill up positions.
2. Training & Development
● Take necessary developmental strategies for instruction curriculum, training aids for instructing staffs regarding division operations and corporate policies etc.
● Provide maintenance to ongoing personnel improvements in acquaintance of existing practices.
● Take necessary steps for staff recruiting as well as their training procedure.
● Provided recommendations to the organization by the use of a designed training program.
3. Monitoring the overall Induction, Joining formalities & Settlement Process
● Taking Induction Session for the new entrants in the Organization & processing several forms
● Taking Care of employee database with regard to their date of appointment, address, Telephone No’s, references, employee dept, code No, PF No, ESI No, skill sets and other personal details. (collecting the relevant documents of previous employment)
● Drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letters.
● Helping the new joiners understand the policies and procedures, helping them to settle down in the company.
● Conduct exit interview to identify reasons for employee resignation. Analyze & update the reports using the exit interview feedback forms and suggest the changes for improvement.
● Monitoring relieving procedures and settlement considering exit interview forms, No due certificates and the amount due from the employee.
4. Operational areas
● Inter disciplinary interaction and integration, training and capacity building of staff
● Interaction and partnership with Govt and non govt. Agencies including legal formalities.
● Program planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation, Internal audit, quality assurance and timely communication to sponsors/ donors/ investors
● Documentation of best practices and resource mobilisation for the organisation.
5. Statutory Areas & Payroll
● Processing payroll and designing CTC with break-up of Gross salary,
● Preparing summary of new joined and resigned employees.
● Delivering ‘Pay-slips’ with all statutory deductions & preparing ‘Summary of Pay-slips’ including leave calculations.
● P.T., P.F., E.S.I., - Calculations & knowledge in remittances, filings - i.e., payment challans, monthly/annual returns & PF transfer / settlement forms.
● Calculating Employees taxes, considering exemptions, savings, deducting TDS in pay-slips.
6. Contract Labor Management
● Agreement and work order preparation in relation to Labour Supplier Contractor, Security agency, transporter and Job-Contract etc.
● Issuing Form- V to the contractor after verifying all desired paper’s of contractor.
● Monitoring of all statutory compliance paper of contractor and ensuring the same.
● Monthly Bill Checking of contractors and wage register with statutory obligation.
● Counseling of Contract labor & Contractor on absenteeism, Health and Safety etc.
