Ø Responsible for a gamut of tasks related to financial accounting, planning, forecasting, budgeting & cost monitoring.

Ø Played vital role in managing the financial activities of the organisation in India & outside India:

o Managing and overseeing accounting department functioning for Indian & German Transactions.

o Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and maintaining the respective financial logs.

o Monitoring receivables and payables & general ledger accounting.

o Trial balance/General ledger scrutiny on regular basis.

o Debtors/Creditors reconciliations

o Preparation of debtor’s schedules & their ageing monitoring.

o Supporting month end & year end accounting process

o Regular interactions with branches to take care of branch requirements and resolve operational queries

o Co-ordination with branches for financial accounting, budgeting, cost monitoring and for finalization of annual reports.

o Plays vital role in identifying system loopholes & initiating corrective action for system enhancement.

Ø Handling foreign currency transactions:

o Preparation of foreign currency invoices.

o Handling receivables and payables of foreign currency transactions.

o Setting up monthly foreign currency rate in co-ordination with top management.

Ø Controlling & MIS responsibilities:

o Preparation of periodical debtor’s review at branch & organizational level.

o Preparation & monitoring of financial performance of branches on monthly / quarterly / annually basis.

o Preparation & monitoring of fund analysis for various trade fairs like Auto Expo, IMTEX, Mumbai October Fest & German Christmas Fest etc.

Ø Forecasting & Budgeting:

o Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual budgets for organization and branches.

o Financial forecasting for various events & trade fairs.

o Preparation of regular fund flow / liquidity forecast

Ø Studying various trade products of the bank in depth such as Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Post shipment and Pre-shipment credit (Packing credit) as well as Documentary credit.

Ø Handled functions of banking & coordinated among various departments of the bank.

Ø Worked as Cost Analyst/ Financial Analyst: Operations Department

Ø Understood working of Stores & Purchase department as well as significance of inventory management for the company. Recommended solutions to reduce cost involve in the inventory.
