Domain: Travel and Hotels

Description: EROS is web based application tracker which used by airport/resort customer helper to make sure passenger journey should seamless from start to end. It take cares of passenger transfer, accommodation, and other things. It also allow customer helper to raise the case if any disruption happened.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evolved in 3 Amigoes, Example mapping sessions and all other Agile ceremonies.
• Evolved in Mig night release activities.
• Conducted several UAT demos.
• Created detailed reports on testing results to be used by the development team.
• Conducted system, integration, regression, smoke, and functional testing.
• Analyzed complex business requirements to create effective test cases.
• Collaborated with developers and other stakeholders to identify potential issues in software applications.
• Sharing KT and mentoring juniors.

Project: MahaSevaarth Payroll System

Domain: Payroll

Description: MahaSevaarth Payroll Application is a centralized web based Integrated System of personnel information and Payroll for Grant-in-Aid Institution in Maharashtra. It is an important component of IFMS (Integrated Finance Management System) with facility for data exchange with other important modules of Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries. It is the first step in the direction of achieving the aim of paper less electronic payroll system i.e. paybill generation, electronic submission, electronic audit and electronic payment to employees along with e-pay slips.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed and executed test plans, cases and scripts to identify software problems.
• Created detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce the issue and tracked them in a bug tracking system.
• Conducted functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing.
• Worked closely with developers to investigate issues reported by customers or identified during QA cycles.
• Reviewed product designs, specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Maintained accurate records throughout all stages of the QA cycle such as defect tracking logs and test results.

Project: MahaSevaarth Integrated Services Hub (Human Resource Management System)

Description: Maharashtra Information Technology Corporation Limited (MahaIT) has been set up as an independent government corporation wholly owned by the State Government of Maharashtra. MahaSevaarth® is a centralized web based Integrated system of Human Resource management. This application combines a number of systems and processes to ensure the easy management of human resources and valuable confidential data. Also it manages the HR functions like Talent Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Employee Corner, Income Tax, Leave Management, Admin and more into a web-based centralized secure platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducted market research to identify potential opportunities for new product development.
• Collaborated with stakeholders across departments to define requirements for new projects.
• Created detailed process flows and user stories to document system requirements and design solutions.
• Conducted interviews with subject matter experts to gather information on existing systems and procedures.

Description: Insurance is a means of financial protection or compensation against the loss. The entity who receives the compensation is called Insured and who provides the compensation is called as Insurer. To provide the compensation insurer charges the amount to insured called as premium which can be paid in monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or in a single premium for defined coverage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed and maintained test plans, strategies, procedures, and scripts for manual tests.
• Ensured that all software changes were tested properly before being released into production environment.
• Performed functional, system, integration, regression, load and performance testing of software applications.
• Analyzed requirements documents to ensure proper coverage of testing activities.

Project: Residential - Time of Use (Res-TOU), San Diego Gas & Electric

Description: SDG&E will be introducing systems enhancements to support the transition of residential customers to time-of-use rates beginning with a pilot group of 100,000 – 150,000 customers in January 2019 and continuing with the rest of the eligible customer base throughout 2019 through the Residential TOU project.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Generated Test Scenarios, Test cases, Test Data & Executed tests.

• Perform the bi jobs using CISCO.

• Preparing Test Data’s for the test cases &Test Environment to execute the test cases.
• Analyzing the Test Cases prepared by other team members and Executing the Test Cases.
• Perform the billing jobs using CISCO (Mainframe)
• Creating knowledge transfer document of project.

Project: iCompass

Domain: Education

Description: I Compass tool provides a unified competency management and assessment approach which is leveraged to hone associate skills within Capgemini group. iCompass is utilized within Capgemini to define skill structure and conduct competency assessments, it maps entire career journey of an associate and provides competency management capabilities to the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analysing the Requirements from the Business Analyst.
• Provide inputs to the team in order to improve the test process.
• Preparing Test Cases for module, integration and system testing in cucumber.
• Preparing Test Data’s for the test cases &Test Environment to execute the test cases.
• Executing the Test Cases& Defect Tracking.
• Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it.
