  • Selection of front list titles, keeping in mind the customer profile, competition, and viability. Ordering and follow-up of backlist titles to ensure maximum sales output
  • Planning the unit wise top line and bottom-line targets (including off invoice margins and payouts) as per the company’s growth aspirations

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
