SVB has its Application Managed Service Center setup with OFSS at offshore which provides application support and development activities for various financial applications of SVB. We maintain 57 applications of SVB which is based on Investment and Corporate banking from which some are vendor application and some are in-house developed. Major activities include Actimize (Fraud Prevention), Accurate (Reconciliation), BTE (These are the files internally used by the bank), FTP (File Transfer Protocol), Sterling (IBM Product) maintenance and support.
Role: Application Support:
Responsible for the incident management and initial investigation of all support issues that are raised to the group and handled as per agreed SLA.
Interacting with the client for requirement gathering, designing and reporting.
Coordination with testing team for test case preparation and test case review.
Coordination with business user for UAT verification, sign-off and implementation
Worked on Defining SLA and workflows in Service Now.
Creating a change request to implement the production data change as per the requirement of the client.
Generating monthly incidents and change requests tickets to track the SLA’s.

Implementation and Support of Actimize RCM, AIS, Designer and Modeler, Actimize is a AML (Anti Money laundering Tool) a product from Nice Actimize which runs through AIS SAM Solutions and generate Alerts.
Role: Actimize implementation and support.
Worked on installation of AIS and configuration of their files on linux servers

.Net runs on Internet Information Services web platform on Microsoft Windows Server Enterprises Family.

Trouble shooting the web applications when the application web sites are down.
Renewal of server certificates when expired by creating Change request.
Enable/Disable the jobs during the activity and do the catch up once the Maintenance is completed

Summary:
WCM ,AEM (Adobe Enterprise management), Adobe Experience Manager is a web-based client-server system for building managing and deploying commercial websites and related services.
Author: An AEM instance used to create, upload and edit content and to administer the website. Once content is ready to go live it is replicated to publish instance. Publish: An AEM instance that serves the published content to the public.
