- Installation and commissioning of a 175 kW back-pressure mini-turbine made by M/s Turbotech.
- Developed a maintenance plan for utility equipment, like compressors, cooling towers, boilers, hoists, and the condensate recovery system.
- To maintain critical spares for utility equipment and the maintenance budget by finding alternative vendors of the same standards.
- To perform various energy studies, such as the steam condensate study and dryness fraction testing.
- Installation of zirconia sheets in tire presses to avoid heat loss, in coordination with the manufacturing department.
