Ø Areas of Responsibilities:
· Managing more than 5000 ++employees (188,616.00 sq. Ft area) include all categories of businesses, with the help Of MEP team (Technical team), HK (Housekeeping), SC (Security), BMS (Building Management System).
· Audit Reports – ISO Audit, Internal Clients Audit preparing Legal Documents, managing & providing all reports.
· Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services Coordinate & assist in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.

· Coordinate and follow up on preventive maintenance on refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical, and any other mechanical system.
· Manage all Building management system (IBMS) like CCTV monitoring, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, PA system.
· Connecting with the project client/employees on daily basis to understand the feedback and any other concerns to provide prompt solutions.
· Providing supporting document and being a part of most of the Internal Audits.
· provide an efficient and effective Property Management service, ensuring professional and proactive approach.
· To ensure all operational activities in adherence of SOP, Process & Quality Standards
· To plan & manage operations within the site budget by delivering high quality services
· Maintaining and forming the work culture amongst the team via informative briefings and events.
· Organizing monthly basis meetings with client along with he MOM and resolution steps.
· Interacting with utility agencies and regulatory authorities for services and permissions.
· Leading Team of 45 Technical-soft personal. Also, to arrange the training program for the TPV team.
Business Process Management:-Workflow analyses, Engineering assessment and plan, Long-term maintenance plan, Phasing or sequencing plan (the sequence of projects), Implementing ISO, Managing safety standard at all time
General Administration:- Rolling out and Implementation of SOP, to reconcile all administration related bills for payments (eg, AMC, Vendors bills, EB bill, Actual & accrual data and so on) and verify their validity and correctness, coordinating with the legal departments for expending agreements, streamlining the processes
O & M of Utilities / Equipment:- To implement a process which ensures all equipment including Chillers, AHUs DG Sets, BMS systems, plumbing system, Lighting, LT/ HT panels are in good working order always with minimum downtime Set up process of reporting from contractors’ technician to their supervisor & to Asset Mgr Make sure spares / consumables’ supply is adequate and available on time (Proficiency in Archibus Tool)
Engineering /MEP Services Management:- Evaluate the service level of the contractor To prepare the Comprehensive PPM Calendar and implementation Get the reports on engineering systems operation and maintenance from locations To ensure that the Engineering budget is properly made and followed by the engineering team
Vendor SLA Management:-To decide, implement and monitor the Procurement process & issue work orders for consumables and services in agreement with policy and procedure Vendor creation & verification Monthly meeting with vendors SLA performance
Health, Safety and Environment:- Once in six months, conduct Risk Assessments of all major activities in all locations Implement Safe Working practices including Permit to Work (PTW) systems & LOTO Conduct periodic training on HS&E systems Ensuring Compliance from all customers towards HS&E processes and systems Ensuring records of Accident Log Reporting HS&E statistics and incidents in MMR
Fire Drill activity:- Once in six months, conducting & prepare the layout for fire drill activity, Formation of ERT team, Training to ERT team, Fire drill report preparation and execution of activity with proper methodology
