Debt fund raise of above INR 300 Cr monthly through commercial papers, public and private NCDs, and term loans.
Drove the largest-ever sanction of INR 2,000 Cr private NCDs through Morgan Stanley.
Managing a Commercial paper book of approx. INR 500 Cr through rollovers, adding new investors, and enhancing from existing investors while keeping costs in check.
Part of three public debt issuances of the company, raising debt of more than INR 1,500 Cr. Key responsibilities included book building, filing the draft prospectus, and liaising with lead managers, lawyers, and auditors.
Exploring and managing key lender and investor relationships, along with rating agencies.
Managing end-to-end transaction hunting, diligence, pricing, legal negotiation, loan documentation, and condition precedent closure.
End-to-end program management for the NBFC vertical for an IPO of INR 3,350 Cr of the parent company. Worked alongside international lawyers, auditors, and IBs. Got a mid year promotion for this.
Automated the accounting for borrowing, with product and tech teams leading to a reduction in TAT by 60%.
Responsible for presenting MIS to the CFO, along with preparation of financial statements and getting them audited.
Leading review meetings with the chairman's office and the CEO's office for driving key fundraising initiatives, board-appointed asset-liability committees, risk management committees, and board meetings.
Key role in organizing the "Annual Lenders Summit" for two consecutive years, with 130+ renowned industry leaders attending each year.
