Responsibilities:

• Led team of 6 to manage end-to-end software testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting.

• Led team of 4 to manage end-to-end software testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Learnt API testing using POSTMAN, INSOMNIA and tested multiple application services.
• End to end testing of Salesforce application.
• First team member to transition to Agile methodology from waterfall model, learnt JIRA tool by working in multiple sprints in one month.
• Taking interviews and recruiting team members across my portfolio right from onboarding to joining.
• Contributed insights and expertise to facilitate effective decision-making and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Maintaining automation regression suite, fixing scripts as per new functionality, adding new progression cases using Cypress, BDD framework.

• Re-testing raised defects multiple times in both progression and regression to ensure no new bugs after defect fix.
