- Gethelp is an escalation tool for microsoft products and services is managed by CSS team. EFD(Escalation Front Door) is an application to created consumer and commercial escalations for all Microsoft Products and Services.
- Worked with the team on retiring the old Powerapps portal to move it to more manageable and scalable code.
- worked on major backend apis such as Metadata apis and escalation creation apis.
- improved the logging and integrated it to Geneva logs for better error management and quick issue resolution.

- worked with team on automating connector certification process which brought down the certification time from 4weeks to 3 days.
- worked on designing ,creating and updating the solution parser and checker to automated the manual validation.
- Created and Integrated the Email Service to Pipeline to auto send emails to customer to keep them updated of the review deployment of the connectors. Earlier this process required a manual email from vendor team and caused delays.
- Worked on improving the Scaffolding Tool which is used to create folders structure from the connector solution in Powerapps.
