• Led end-to-end regulatory reporting for the Permian asset, ensuring compliance with local (Texas Railroad Commission) and national (Energy Information Administration) authorities to safeguard Shell’s license to operate.
• Delivered timely and accurate submissions of P-18 (skim oil reporting for Salt Water Disposal wells), T-1 (midstream pipeline), Form Production Report (lease-level reporting), and EIA-914 (national reporting).
• Integrated regulatory amendments from the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) into post–September 2021 filings, ensuring full compliance with updated guidelines on gas flaring and venting.
• Led hydrocarbon allocation and production surveillance for 500+ wells across the gas value chain, integrating production, sales, fuel, and flare data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Spearheaded hydrocarbon allocation, production surveillance and reporting for ~ 400k+ barrels/day for Shell Brazil operated and non-operated ventures.

• Spearheaded the migration of production allocation workflows for ExxonMobil assets, delivering accurate daily and monthly oil and gas allocations through custody transfer points, tanks and pipeline sales.
• Led the successful onboarding of 10+ Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) as part of a workflow migration initiative, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and seamless team integration.
• Achieved a perfect 10/10 Customer Satisfaction score by driving exceptional performance in hydrocarbon allocation and client deliverables, earning the prestigious On-The-Fly Award for excellence.

• Gained in-depth exposure to India’s hydrocarbon regulatory framework, including Production Sharing Contracts, field development evaluation, and production monitoring processes.
• Executed a project titled “Mass Balance Simulation Study of reservoir under Water Injection for pressure maintenance and production prediction” using MBAL software (IPM Suite) to calculate Original Oil In Place (OOIP) and forecast production.
