Summer Internship

Project: A study of global pharma exhibitions market, and available online   platforms for promotion of generic drugs.

Problem identified:

  • Reach out to target customer is very time taking process, unavailability of platform which give detail information of exhibitors along with their product portfolio, no platform available for small players.

Solution Provided: Developed   an online portal (Exhibeet)

  • It gives information of large number of upcoming exhibitions at one place where Exhibitors and visitors can plan and schedule their activities for all exhibitions.
  • Where exhibitors can show their presence to maximum number existing and new visitors, monitor activities of profile visitors, and convert them into customer
  • Which provide a facility of meetings between exhibitors and visitors

  • Questionnaire automation tool – Part of the team that is developing an in-house automation tool for research stimuli (Questionnaire) design which incorporates various types of studies and can reduce up to ~40% of efforts and cost

Projects

1. Segmentation Study- client wanted to develop a best-in-class commercial go to market strategy that will maximize product uptake at launch and beyond. 

Solution- We suggested behavioral segmentation and informed messaging as a go-to-market strategy. We conduct a PMR to examine their diverse attitudes and identify physician segments.

2. Conjoint Study- Client was looking to understand the market dynamics and potential share uptake for new product under clinical trial, understand how changing different product attributes may impact market shares

Solution- We proposed to leverage both QUAL and QUANT research to estimate market shares at country level. This study was conducted in 3 stages- Qual interviews (TPP evaluation leveraging in-depth interviews), Preference quantification through Conjoint and Market shares conversion calculation
