1. Segmentation Study- client wanted to develop a best-in-class commercial go to market strategy that will maximize product uptake at launch and beyond.
Solution- We suggested behavioral segmentation and informed messaging as a go-to-market strategy. We conduct a PMR to examine their diverse attitudes and identify physician segments.
2. Conjoint Study- Client was looking to understand the market dynamics and potential share uptake for new product under clinical trial, understand how changing different product attributes may impact market shares
Solution- We proposed to leverage both QUAL and QUANT research to estimate market shares at country level. This study was conducted in 3 stages- Qual interviews (TPP evaluation leveraging in-depth interviews), Preference quantification through Conjoint and Market shares conversion calculation
