• Modification in CEAT Bhandup plant OTR band building machine let off unit. Which increase production from 96 numbers (cycle time 5 mins) to 120 numbers band(cycle time 4 mins) in as shift .
• Working for Deming Certification of CEAT Mumbai Plant .
• Received gold medal in QCFI Mumbai Forum 2014 for increasing machine efficiency & SKU.
• Increase production from 6500 number tube to 9500 number tube per day by proactive action in absenteeism control and PM monthly schedule adherence and 100% coordination with incoming material by implementing KANBAN system .
