Project Name: Automated Notification Workflow for Azure DevOps Updates

Project Description

The objective of this project was to develop an automated notification system using Power Automate to enhance communication and traceability of updates in Azure DevOps work items. The system aimed to reduce manual effort and ensure timely notifications for stakeholders based on specific update criteria. It integrated Azure DevOps API and Microsoft 365 connectors to fetch work item details, analyze changes, and send dynamic email notifications to relevant stakeholders. The solution focused on meaningful state and reason transitions, streamlined workflow handling, and improved visibility for managers and agents.

Key Features Implemented:

• Automated Triggers: Workflows that activate upon updates to Azure DevOps work items.
• Data Validation Logic: Ensures meaningful notifications by comparing old and new values in the "State" and "Reason" fields.
• Dynamic Email Notifications: Sends detailed emails with work item updates, including ID, case association, and specific changes.
• Manager Identification: Automatically retrieves manager details via Microsoft 365 to ensure responsible parties are informed.
• Azure DevOps Integration: Fetches and analyzes update history using the Azure DevOps API with dynamic URL construction.
• Traceability and Reporting: Provides an audit trail for all updates and notifications sent, ensuring clear accountability.

Project 2: LTIMindtree, Pune

Project Name: GBS GMT Enhancements

Project Description

The Global Mobility Tax Tool (GMT) is an intranet solution designed to help organizations manage tax-related operations such as tracking employee tax dues and settlements. The project's objective was to enhance the tool with additional features to streamline processes, minimize manual effort, and ensure better usability for end-users.

Key Features Delivered:

Implemented secure mechanisms for creating encrypted documents.

Improved user experience by enabling simultaneous case views.

Developed a new module for automating the validation process.

Project 3: Labelling Management System (LMS) Client: BD

Project Name: Labelling Management System

Project Description

This project is developed to collect the input of changes required to be done in each label of the medical equipment. The inputs are collected from the user using Power Apps send it to another tool for execution using Power Automate flow in JSON format. Also attach the files using power apps, send it to Share Point document library. LMS consist of below modules.

Role & Contribution

Lead Engineer

Create Label Change Request: Developed a user interface using scrollable screen in power apps customizing the tab features. Using various controls like textboxes, dropdowns combo boxes, galleries we have customized a user input form to collect the label change input from the user. Created pop up in every tab for the confirmation.

Review Label Change Request: Reviewers select the project for review, also review the document attached using a PDF viewer, and develop an interface like a Digital Round Table for the reviewers to discuss their comments on the inputs and the attached file.

Approval of Change Request: When all Reviewers review and approve the project and sent for approval. After approval the inputs sent for the execution using Power Automate Flow.

Notification after the execution completed: When the execution getting completed the SQL table is getting modified using power automate flow the Reviewers getting notified.

End-to-end testing of P&L measures, dimensions, ratios, calculated KPIs, and logic in BW reports is implemented as per the new profit and loss structure.

Project 4: Project Management Application

Client: Hoya Lens

Project Name: Project Management Application

Project Description

Built a Project Management Application. Objective of Project Management Application was to manage the Projects and Task under the Projects of the Clients. The Project was developed in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint using SQL server database. The Project Management Application has the modules below.

Role & Contribution

Create Project: Create Project is one of the basic and important modules of Project Management application. We have used various controls in single scrollable screen and used labels, textbox, dropdown, combo box, galleries, list box etc to customize a user input form.

Review Project: Dashboard of the application has 3 Menu option to Navigate Projects & My Tasks. Projects Screens Shows the Projects in which the Login User is Project Manager or the Project Member. When user clicks any of the Project It Navigates to the Project Inner view of the Project, Project Inner view is displayed in three different ways 1. List View 2. Board View 3. Gantt Chart. Project Inner view contains 3 major parts of the project as the whole description like Project Name, Project Description, Start Date, End Date, Project Owner, Business Unit, Business Domain, Project Members. Project Inner view displays the file attached in the Project.

Review Tasks: Certain no of Phases is defined under the Template of Project like Business, IT etc, Task can be created under every Project and under any Phase. Tasks are displayed using Nested Gallery under the Phases. From My Task user can navigate and see the task which are assigned to the Login User.In My Task, another screen All tasks which shows the task which are assigned to the other members of the Project in which Login user is a member or Project Manager. Under the Task section as per client requirement there is another section of Ad-Hoc Task, which is not under Project or any Phase.

Edit Project: This Module is used to edit the Project by the Project Manager to modify and save the same project as per the requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Designed and Developed UI of Power Apps Screen

· Integrated connection with SharePoint List

· Designed Gallery and Nested Gallery to display the information · Used Power Apps formulae to Set the Collection, Filter the Gallery, Matching with SharePoint List Id.

· Used SharePoint complex columns like Lookup, people and group, choice etc.

· Designed and Developed the Budget and Expense Report which shows the Total Budget and Total expense and its comparison in a same page

· The Project is made with a clear and easy navigations to play around the Project screens
