- In 2021 TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) made a regulatory changes where companies to be able to send SMS to customers have to be registered in its DLT platform.
- Our company sends a high volume of transactional and promotional SMS messages to our valued customers on a regular basis.
- Spearheaded the implementation of necessary regulatory changes and collaborated with third-party SMS providers to ensure uninterrupted flow of both transactional and promotional SMS through our notification system.
