Role Overview:

The Cluster Team Lead – North is responsible for driving neighbourhood-level marketing, branding, and engagement initiatives across Manipal Hospitals Hebbal, Yelahanka, and Doddaballapur. The role focuses on strengthening local brand visibility, patient engagement, and community connect through strategic outreach, partnerships, and integrated marketing campaigns tailored to each catchment area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement neighbourhood-specific marketing strategies aligned with hospital and cluster objectives.
  • Conduct catchment analysis to identify patient segments, referral sources, and community health needs.
  • Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars for each unit in collaboration with hospital operations.

2. Branding & Visibility

  • Ensure consistent implementation of Manipal Hospitals’ brand guidelines across all external and internal communication touchpoints.
  • Execute on-ground branding activities, outdoor media, local partnerships, and events to enhance visibility in target areas.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for design, printing, and deployment of brand collaterals.

3. Community & Doctor Engagement

  • Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and wellness initiatives to build local trust and recall.
  • Strengthen referral networks through engagement with local clinics, RWAs, corporates, schools, and institutions.
  • Support doctor branding initiatives through localized campaigns, CMEs, and digital presence support.

4. Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead, guide, and review the performance of marketing executives or local marketing associates across assigned units.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables within budget.
