- Identification of training needs for the dept. team for skill enhancement
- To ensure timely submission of invoice / challan and other Store related papers to concerned department after completion of store transactions.
- Reconciliation of Subcontracting (JOB work) Parts on Monthly basis
- To ensure the issuance of all materials as per FIFO.
- Material identification in store and ensure material unloaded and kept properly at designated place (according to store location chart)
- Physical stock verification and report the variances if any.
- Disposal of rejected material received from supplier/ customer.
- Preparation of slow moving and non-moving stock report on Monthly basis.
- Monitoring the shelf life parts expiry date and share report to the concern dept on Monthly basis.
- Manage SAP SD, PP, WH ,MM Module transaction
