· Used Inductotherm make 1500 KW dual track medium frequency induction furnace

· Acted as the core centre for Fritz Hans berg Italy -60 packages per hour

· Exploiting ABB make robots for handling complete installation & programming operations

o HT System with MD of 4990 KVA and connected load of 7120 KW. main transformer of 7.5 MVA and 2 utility transformers of 1.7 KVA t 33 KV level

o Water & Air System having Filtration Plant, DM Plant, Softening Plant and Screw Compressor of 550 and 370 CFM

· Controlled complete CAPEX, procurement and project management activities

· Effectuated complete prodcutionisation of the 36000 TPA foundry as the task force member to take the entire project into production mode
