Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to avoid production delays due to material shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

 Production Planning:

• Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and control material requirements for production, including manufacturing kits, to ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.

 Process Optimization:

• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
• Identify production bottlenecks and develop strategies to resolve them.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production performance and drive continuous improvements.

 Coordination and Collaboration:

• Coordinate with sales, design, and procurement teams to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
• Review material shortages and work with Supply Chain and part inspection teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely material availability.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department, internal customers, plant management, and associates to maintain smooth material flow for production.

Inspected materials prior to production to ensure authenticity and quality.

• Performed tests on all devices prior to and during production.

• Monitored and tested equipment prior to recording data.

• Reported any issues to senior management immediately.

• Made suggestions to enhance the safety and efficiency of production.

• Removed products and materials that failed to meet established guidelines.
