• Retrieving data based on request from DB2 tables by creating SQL queries in Mainframe application and send to Controllers, Directors and other teams.
• Schedule the month end jobs. Submit the JCL’s and run the procs\queries in Mainframe during first week of month
• I prepare various MIS reports like weekly Dashboards, MSR, daily volume, QC reports and sharing the same with managements and clients. Publishing productivity occupancy & error analysis of agents on a daily basis. Conducting ARC, Team huddles with associates.

• Reconciling the bank balance with the system data and the file transmitted to the bank to confirm the release of immediate next business day payments
• Performing an intermediate role for the Bank and the EFT team for the ACH returns
• Created SOP’s and revising SOP’s on time.
• Coordinating with various teams to get the vendor paid in a timely manner and making sure that they are receiving payment on time. Liaison with clients through meetings and conference calls.
• Vendor database (VDB) - Setting up of vendors, update the information on request like placing hold, terms change, update tax id / Payment mode etc
• EFT Process –Moving vendors from checks payment to Electronic Funds Transfer mode.
