boots of Leading-edge and Lower cowl.
● CRS Holder Base Maintenance: From Sep 2018 to date.
Base Maintenance activities on Boeing -737 NG/FREIGHTER and Q-400 A/C and issuance
of release to service (CRS) on DHC-8-400 aircraft.
One-Off Authorization from US Bangla Airlines to issue CRS post C Check on S2-AGV ( Q400 )
aircraft.
Base maintenance of DHC – 8/Q 400 (PW150A) and B 737-700/700BCF/800/800BDSF/900ER
(CFM 56-7B)
● Carrying out tasks as per base check C1, C2, C3, 3 yearly, 6 yearly, AD and modifications.
● Ensure timely completion and certification of task cards, worksheets, inspection schedules,
maintenance records, and Non-Routine cards.
● Ensure usage of only genuine and/or approved material including duly calibrated tools, test
equipment, technical publications and spare parts with proper certification for aircraft
maintenance.
● Allocating work on the aircraft, engines & systems to technicians/ teams and supervising for
compliance with laid down quality control, airworthiness and safety procedures, ensuring that the
job is completed within the TAT.

Line maintenance of DHC – 8/Q 400 (PW150A) and B 737-700/800/900ER (CFM 56-7B)
✔ Carrying out routine maintenance checks including Daily Inspection, Weekly Inspections, A Checks.
✔ Removal and Installation Engines, Propeller blades, Propeller Hub and Hub Liner.
✔ Balancing the propeller with PBMS software.
✔ Borescope Inspection of PW150A engine.
✔ Line maintenance activities associated with the aircraft
✔ Replacement of wheel and brakes.
✔ Recovery of aircraft.

Line maintenance activities associated with the following type of aircraft:
✔ Airbus A319/320/321 (V2500)
✔ ATR 72-500 (P&W 127 F/M Engines)
✔ ATR 42-500 (P & W 127 E Engines)
✔ Carrying out routine maintenance checks including Daily Inspection, Weekly Inspection, and A
Checks on Airbus A320/321 & ATR 42/72-500 in accordance with MPD.
✔ Associated with Replacement of wheel & brake, hydraulic pump, reservoir, filters, outflow valve,
engine bleed valve, Fan Air valve, VSV actuator, ACM, condenser, Heat exchanger, Plenum
chamber
✔ Associated with Engine replacement, Borescope Inspection, T/S of PDR's and Inspection finds

✔ Accomplishment of Scheduled Maintenance Planning Callout's & Engineering Work Orders.
✔ Engineering Line Maintenance Support for Qatar Airways.

✔ Line and Base Maintenance activities of Bell 412 Helicopter fitted with PT6T-3 Engines.
✔ Up to 3000hrs/5 years servicing

Line Maintenance of the following aircraft:
✔ Ilyushin 76 Aircraft, Antonov 32 Aircraft, MI-8/17 Helicopters
✔ Troubleshooting of PDR's/Inspection finds, Replacement of Engines and Engine Run-ups.
✔ Removal/Installation of aircraft hydro-mechanical, engine systems, flight control system
components of rotary and fixed-wing, Flight and Engine Control Rigging.
✔ Held responsibilities as Supervisor, Tarmac Leader, Shift in-charge and POL Quality in charge.
✔ Wheel & Brake Shop
Disassembly /Assembly of wheel & brake; NDT inspection of wheel & mounting bolts, an
inspection of bearing, friction test of bolt thread. Heat pack replacement, assembly of wheel and
brake, leak test of a brake.
✔ Hydraulic Lab
Sampling of Hydraulic oil, Contamination check, Millipore patch test, Hydraulic filter cleaning in
Rig, Flow test of filters.
