As an ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE, my roles & responsibilities are as follows:

• Managed GST compliance through consolidation, filing, and timely tax submissions.
• Approved and verified financial validations for southern region to ensure accuracy.
• Oversaw bill processing, verification, and payment for southern region in a timely manner.
• Executed order processing for southern region by efficiently tracking orders.
• Prepared and submitted financial and operational activity reports to Delhi Head Office.

As an INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ASSIT, My Roles and Responsibilities were as follows:

• Record details of the prospect/lead in the specified formats / template for reporting purpose.
• Stayed on top of shipment locations and status to update vendors and customers.
• Assist with Coordination of international shipment planning and schedule.
• Filing and scanning the data’s and uploading in our Software.
• Prepare AWB for all International Air Shipments like (UPS, FEDEX and DHL).

Responsible for preparing and maintaining copies of Import and export documentation, Such as Airway bills, Commercial invoices, CSB-V invoices, SLI, etc.
