Riverbed SteelConnect

Worked as a QA Engineer for SteelConnect CX project. It is a SDWAN solution for enterprise. It consists of Steel Connect Manager (SCM) and Appliances. We are supporting the maintenance activities of the product which includes Defect Fixing, Qualification, Patching, Validation, Verification, reproduction of customer defects and Minor enhancements with Functional, performance testing as well as Solution testing. We released new GA version of the product each year and provided to customer after full cycle of various Manual and automation Testing activities and defect fixes. 

Work Responsibilities:-

• Experience in QA both manual with the intent of improving software quality, exceeding client expectations and implementing process improvement methods.
• Designing Test Plan, Test scripts, pre-test conditions.
• Help development team for test setup preparation and bug reproduction
• Solution Testing in advance hardware setups
• Implementation of internal QA setup for testing
• Experience in Documenting test cases, test scripts, pre-test conditions, input data, actual data and expected results for system integrating testing. Strong Test management capability to ensure quality and timely delivery with optimum resource utilization
• Defect Reporting and Retesting
• Actively participating in the new version of GA release
• Automated SNMP feature testcase
• Troubleshoot SNMP, hardware, Software, Agents in network monitoring tool like ManageEngine.
