- (6X660MW SUMPP Coal Division), the Biggest Green Field Captive O/C Mining Project in India with annual coal production target of 20MTPA
- Adroit in Performing Mechanical maintenance with troubleshooting of HEMM major breakdowns at site and maintaining the targeted availability of machines up to 85% through proper preventive maintenance and reducing the losses of production process
- Planning and scheduling of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for the fleet of more than 150 HEMM equipment and major moving assemblies with application of SAP PM and MM Module, Mine care analytical tools, advance excel by utilizing industry 4.0 standard analytics and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Equipment Strategy development – Fleet and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) based of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (Dumpers, Shovel etc.) at challenging sites of mines by leading the team properly and effective management of available resources by using techniques like, RCM, Weibull Tree-Analysis etc
- Proficiency in Industrial Lubricant application and in the heavy industrial equipment, Analysis of Lubricant as per their intended specification, Selection of lubricant through analyzing its suitability as per application and working environmental demand
- As chief engineer in charge of Lube Analysis and Reliability Engineer at Reliance: In-depth knowledge of Industrial Lubricant, analysis of standard parameters, equipment lubrication quality management and suitability of lube application according to the system requirement
- Major parts life enhanced by 25% and maintenance cost reduced up to 5% through preventive action taken on the basis of schedule oil sampling and analysis
- Managing the heavy machines availability through creating time-based and performance-based maintenance plans in SAP PM and MM Module, scheduled maintenance plans for defined cycles to generate maintenance calls and processing of maintenance calls
- Monitoring all equipment life data through creating and updating the Measuring point, managing Master data like task list etc
- Also creating, releasing and closing of PM and corrective Maintenance orders, permits
- Equipment Data analysis through mine cares system for calculating availability, utilization, MTTR and MTBF for different machines, FMEA for Heavy Earth Moving Machines and statistical analysis for equipment availability
- Adroit in creating business reports through Power BI, editing and presentation data through Office tools, knowledge of Power editor, statistical analysis of data and data management in ISO: 27001 environment with all data security and secrecy of organizational information
- Technical Bid evaluation, Preparation of Bill of materials of Spare items and other consumables with preparation of Cost Estimation for the mechanical spare items.
