• Implementing and monitoring QA/QC systems for the Hanota Multi-Village Drinking Water Supply Scheme (MVDWSS).
• Ensured quality compliance for Intake Well (57.40 MLD), WTP (48.40 MLD), 02 CLF of 24.02 MLD, Clear Water Reservoirs 2000kl, pump houses, 6 filter beds, 10 sludge drying bed, and recirculation sumps 1000kl.
• Supervised the construction quality of 34+ OHTs and 550+km extensive pipeline networks, including HDPE, DI, and MS pipelines.
• Prepared and executed Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) in line with IS 456, IS 383, IS 1786, IS 4926, and IS 4984.
• Conducted and witnessed hydrostatic pressure testing of pipelines as per IS 4984 (HDPE) and IS 8329 (DI pipes).
• Coordinated with client MP Jal Nigam (MPJNM) and contractors to ensure first-pass quality approvals and minimize rework.
• Liaised with statutory authorities (MPPWD, MPWRD, MP Forest, MPRRDA) to obtain mandatory clearances and avoid schedule delays.

• Ensured quality compliance for Intake Wells (81.20 MLD), WTP (66 MLD),02 CLF of 33 MLD , CWR 2,800 kl, 6 pumps of 20HP, Reciculation sump 2000kl, sludge drying bed 10 , 10 filter houses.
• Supervised quality control of over 180 OHTs and 980+ km large-scale distribution networks (HDPE, DI, MS).
• Inspected FHTC installations and MDPE pipeline works as per Jal Jeevan Mission guidelines.
• Conducted material inspections and testing in accordance with IS 456 (Concrete), IS 383 (Aggregates), and IS 8112/12269 (Cement).

• Supervised hydrostatic pressure testing of HDPE and DI pipelines, ensuring zero leakage compliance.
• Conducted inspections and quality audits, supporting operational reliability.
• Streamlined workflows by identifying bottlenecks in existing systems and implementing appropriate solutions.
