  • Integrated the repository with backend software such as Apache Solr, Apache Maven, Apache Ant, Tomcat, PostgreSQL, and JDK, as well as frontend tools like Node.js, Yarn, and PM2.

  • Designed a PC-based simulator for generating four output signals to operate four hardware devices in parallel using the command interface system (CIS), which controlled hardware independently using 5V signals through a DB65 connector and four relays operated at 28V with opto-coupler isolation.
  • Developed operational codes in VS Code software using C++, which gave commands to the CIS via a simulator, and the four hardware components used to operate as per the code. The acknowledgment signals were sent back to the simulator.

Real-time lane detection using image processing in Python:

  • Developed an intelligent driving system using Python, with enhanced lane detection by leveraging lane marker data to predict vehicle position and trajectory, aiding advanced driver assistance, and autonomous driving technologies
  • Devised a novel lane detection approach using OpenCV, involving video frame segmentation, image feature extraction, Gaussian filtering, Canny edge detection, and Hough line transform to identify lane markings

Low-Cost Water Quality Monitoring System using Arduino-Based Sensors:

  • Designed an Arduino-based water quality monitoring system using TDS, temperature, and turbidity sensors to convert analog data into digital form for display
  • Wrote a research paper that aims to test the sensor system and lays the groundwork for future development, including making the prototype IoT-friendly

ECG signal processing and arrhythmia detection using MATLAB:

  • Developed a MATLAB-based ECG analysis system to process biomedical signals, extract heart rate, and detect arrhythmias using digital filtering and QRS complex detection algorithms
  • Evaluated system accuracy using the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database, and authored a research paper proposing future improvements using machine learning-based classification methods
