- We built a knowledge warehouse using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline with a vector database to enable efficient semantic search across large PDF manuals. This powered a multimodal, multilingual chatbot (Python-based) that retrieves highly relevant text and images.
- Operators and service engineers can now quickly access step-by-step procedures in multiple Indian languages to resolve breakdown issues along with images.
