5- Following up for loading of vehicles with loading team in case if delays arises due to any reason to maintain per day 2 trip load and avoid delays.
6- Maintaining mileage,tyre and maintenance reports of each vehicle in company's desired format.
7- Monthly summary reports to share to management in prescribed format.
