Designed, developed & managed the tool for trucks indenting of FG stocks to adhere the transporter share allocation as per plan. Based on the serviceability of the transporters, debit amount is calculated for late placement & non-placement of trucks and make sure that transporters agree for the debit amount with required proofs.
Project ITCOne: Negotiating & finalizing the transporters of different divisions (Internal ITC) under one roof. In this project, part of transporter finalization team for ESPB division based on their past serviceability & cost and analyzed the cost impact on total savings for finalizing good serviceable transporter with higher rates.

Went as a consultant to FSBW which is one of the largest manufacturers of kids garments. Optimized warehouse capacity by proposing racking system based on type of goods, changed the picking method to improve productivity levels and designed semi-automated excel-VBA based tools to reduce the manual errors and increase the productivity which led to acquire the warehousing operations business with 36% of margin.

Robert Bosch: Designed 30 tools for SCM & Production planning team to reduce the Cycle time of a process, improve the efficiency of planners & reduce the manual errors by logistics team.
Visteon: Inventory tracking – Gives the track of dispatched stock for past 1 year and also the traces the exact location of existing stock in Warehouse.
CEAT Tyres: Replica of WMS from binning to dispatch process.
Turbo Energy private limited: Kanban System – Automatically triggers the production team for picking the stock based on Kanban’s.
SCM Solutions: Did scope studies for 5-6 projects i.e. analyzing data and coming up with the solution for manpower required to handle, vehicles requirement and its commercials after implementing the developed solutions. Some of the customers are Tommy Hilfiger, India Cements, Dalmia Cements, ABB and Schneider electric.
Auditor: Cummins Inc. offered us to conduct an audit on the stock at 183 dealer locations. For this, I designed an application for printing the barcode MRP labels of Cummins and trained a team of 45 members to conduct the audit.
Warehouse Operations Implementation:
Gabriel India Limited: Did the study to have optimum manpower required for handling the warehousing operations, set the SOP’s & work instructions. Implemented the best practices and handed over to warehousing operations team after streamlining the processes.
TVS & Sons Private Limited: Implemented the warehousing operations in 9 existing warehouses. Finalized the warehouse location in Chennai with better serviceability by doing center of gravity analysis and using LOGVRP
