· Monitor process of Customs & Shipping Company and work on pain points

· Ensure Trade compliance on Import and Export operation

· Litigation with DGFT on the FTA on the duty benefit for this matters handled the appeals ,Customs 20-20 notification during the Covid 19

· During SVB finalization provision and final bill of entry updates

· Handled queries during of Audit of GST and Indirect taxes

Warehousing And Transportation

· Works closely with Operations team, 3PL WH Manager to monitor WH process flow

· Works on capacity planning for Incoming stock

· Monitor Order flow cycle

· Analyses daily product and supply levels to proactively anticipate inventory issues.

· Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures

· Ensure on the GWP, GDP and Internal Audit reports, SOP for WH operation

· Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions

· Improvement of overall operations by implementation of initiatives and Kaizens

· Periodic reviews with customers, internal stakeholders and timely closure of issues

· Ensure compliance with company policies and stay up-to-date with safety regulations

· Manage the transportation and ensure it as per Contractual terms and conditions

· Monitor and report on transportation costs.

· Periodically review SLA

· Settle the claims with transporters & Customers

· Check on the Logistic Complaints and timely action on the complaint

· Take follow up with Category operation team for the Inward Drops for that particular Brand BU units,

· co-ordinate and Plan with vendor for the Inward Activity from Import and Private Vendors

· Follow up with WH team for GRN activity and for the Lot creation.

· Planned with RTV department and follow up with vendor Pick up of Inward Rejects and SOR items

· Monthly Planning Pick up of the Same co-ordinate with finance team for System Financial transaction Such as (Debit Note)

· Arrange Pick up for the connection, prepare schedule on daily basis for the dispatch coordinate with WH RTV department for 100% dispatch as per schedule

· 100 %Quality check done of those items take follow up with RTV team

· Plan for the STN for the other WH for Stock Adjustment, Photo shoot team, as well as with cat log Team and inventory Team do the stock adjustment to fulfill the Monthly order Requirement

· Monitor Operation Process flow at Customer Return Department

· Training provided to staff on process flow as well as process change on time to time basis.

· Work on capacity planning inflow for C-Return Department

· Plan for the Delivered Load at Mumbai WH on Daily Basis as Per Inflow Plan

· Co-ordinate with WH Customer return Team for the timely Process of daily delivered Shipments

· Closely Monitored throughput of operation

· Check and Validate Process As per the SOP which is there at Department

· Carry Internal Audit for the Department to ensure about the process flow

· Track the SKU Level report of Individual Brand for inventory Full fillable Capacity generated from Return Department

· Working on order fulfillment and ensure order get packed on the same day for dispatch

· Keep track with logistics Partner for timely delivery & check inward and outward operation as per SOP

· Manage work force according to consignment (2-8)

· To ensure timely settlement of customer's’ claims w.r.t. market returns towards Expiry, Breakage and Saleable returns Handling

· Solving of C& F, Promo Section & Transporters’ queries.

· Monitor in transit temperature of the product and inform to Principle Company if any issues.

· Prepared the SOP for operational activity to simplify the work
