• PROJECT/PROGRAM/DELIVERY/RELEASE MANAGEMENT
• E2E Ownership of Project/Program/Product Delivery Management, Roadmap cum Release Management.Starting from Requirements Management, Estimations, Costing, Planning, Development, Testing, Risk Management and aligning all stakeholders(Business, Engineering & Product) across the globe.
• Grooming User Stories (with functional & non – functional aspects), Prioritization & Refining Backlogs to Sprints, Defining Acceptance Criterion, conducting Scrum Ceremonies, coordinating Demos to Stakeholders & Retrospectives
• Charing Bug Triage/Prioritization meetings with all stakeholders and experience in conversing with customers directly Negotiating Requirements, Timelines and Gaps
• Experience in Preparing Presentations (Status Reports, Roadmaps, Achievements) & Demos for Senior Leadership Team (CTO Level) on various vendors and help in decision-making.
• Worked with Test Automation team and created 2 scalable automation frameworks from scratch for Load Testing (Stress & Volume Testing) coordinating with DevOps team from gathering E2E requirements (Testing Requirements to Observability), architecting, prioritizing, delivering and continuously improving based on tester’s feedback.
• Escalation Management with RCAs on project delays, defects found on Production.
• BID MANAGEMENT
• Preparing Project Proposals, Pre – Sales Effort & Cost Estimations, Change Requests, Scope of Work (SOW), Reviewing RFPs & Agreements/Contracts for Device Vendors (China), Shortlisting & Negotiate Scope, Pricing and Timelines & for Hardware Testing with Contractors
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Establishing a roadmap for the tools used and provide E2E Requirements (Functional, UI & Flow, Design etc.). A tool to generate OTA files was enhanced and released multiple versions of it and delivered to the team avoiding multiple manual steps and eventually integrated with build tool as it can be generated while creating a build.
• Identifying features and contribute to the betterment of the product comparing various similar tools available in the market and establishing the business value, RoI (Return on Investment) for the same.
