Automated the process that has saved 6 FTE.

  • The current Global Mobility process that I am managing has multiple vendor tools. manual forms, templates, excels, questionnaires, etc. I suggested and worked on with tech master in automating all the manual forms, excels, questionnaires using a macro BOT.
  • Also suggested and worked with tech master to use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and have all the requests going on vendor portals automated by RPA BOT instead of manual input form team members.
  • Both these automations resulted in increased quality and efficiency of process as it was done through bots and removed entire human intervention. This also saved time of 6 FTE's.
