During Na-ion battery development (2019–2025).

• Lead the mechanical cell design for Na-ion batteries (pouch).
• Developed and led the cell-to-module design and development from cell to module to pack. Tested/demonstrated a two-wheeler on the same module for over 1,200 km.
• Patent on self-cooling Na-ion battery (yet to be published).
• Patent on tabless prismatic cell (yet to be published).
• Hands-on experience and various DOEs in all the processes (electrode making, cell making, formation, and aging).
• Developed a comprehensive temperature monitoring setup for pouch and prismatic cells.
• DOEs on new chemistry for obtaining the various data against the applied pressure on cells.
• Enhanced the design of the stacking machine by adding a semiautomatic element to increase the cell repeatability.
• Developed sodium metal powder for R&D purposes (DOE).
• Developed a sodium metal plate for R&D purposes (DOE).
• Na ion cell module development and testing on cycler.
• DOEs on gas detection systems (HF) during charging and discharging.
• Cell postmortem and its analysis (cell design, SCM, XRD, TGA, etc.)

During fuel cell and battery pack development (2016–2019).

• Lead the design and development program for a bipolar stamped plate.
• Designed and developed a battery for a 31 kW pack.
• Designed and developed a DC-DC converter for the local transport application.
• Designed a motor casing for motor development.
• Designed and developed a test bench for motor testing.

During the development of the vehicle infosystem (2013-2016).

• Complete mechanical design and development for the infotainment system in collaboration with the software and embedded team, which has been installed in 17,000 buses.
• The infotainment system includes enclosure design, LED board, and dashboard design.

During mechanical design service (2011–2013).

• Worked with Cummins exhaust, emission solutions, as a mechanical engineer.
