• Payments: Improved payment success rate by ~3% through experiments, integrated new PGs & tenders, and optimized routing for better SR & cost reduction.
• Refunds: Enhanced refund initiation & success rates, increasing prepaid refund automation and boosting EGV refund rate by ~43%.
• Loyalty: Led Tata Neu loyalty integration across touchpoints, with ~90M points accrued & ~650M redeemed, improving NSM and Burn-to-Earn ratio by 90 BPS.
• Gift Cards (EGV): Defined roadmap, launched corporate gifting, enhanced expiry communication, and tested quick purchase presets.
• Fraud & Risk: Developed a fraud prevention framework tackling fraudulent orders, high RTO, gibberish addresses, COD efficiency, and wrong returns.
• Customer Onboarding & Homepage: Redesigned onboarding with focused quick links, boosting conversions in key categories.
