Worked directly with the State Institution for Transformation (SIT) team, a multisectoral expert team where work was designated by the Health and Social Welfare, Education and Employment, and Finance and Economics sector experts.
Undertook policy analysis and tracking of policy trends from 1950s onwards by analyzing budgetary and fiscal reports, and flagship schemes to determine progression of the State in a policy and sociopolitical and economic lens and to determine the transition of the State from the primary sector to a service sector-oriented State, and schemes that enabled the transition.
Worked with the SIT in tasks oriented with the introduction of the upcoming Tamil Nadu Policy and Governance Experiential (TNPAGE) Centre, an one-stop AI-driven experiential centre aimed to streamline policy analysis and best use-case governance by creating a singular location to view and take learnings from compiled policy and governance data across 38 Districts of the State, with public access to the associated website to view and track the development across the State based on policy implementation and best practices used.
Performed sector-tagging and consolidation of bulk 'Best Practices in Governance' submitted by various public and private stakeholders across the State to inform the dataset for TNPAGE, creating a singular template to streamline administration and management of data to feed into TNPAGE’s AI vector table and backend access of administrators.
Assisted in the creation of the book 'Best Practices in Governance', to be launched by the State Planning Commission, encapsulating the dataset of best use-cases formatted for TNPAGE website and physical centre in words for publication and distribution of the State’s policy work.
Assisted in the launch of Tamil Nadu’s CSR Matchmaking Initiative, a flagship website aimed to facilitate CSR undertakings and relations between the State Government and CSR partners, where available projects are uploaded with requirements and budgetary information for CSR partners to choose from, and are matched after reviewing proposals.
