Developed and maintained portals for policy administration, renewalprocessing, and claims management. Enabled brokers and agencies to effi ciently manage policy issuance andendorsements. Implemented automated renewal reminders and notifi cations, reducingmanual interventions.

Facilitated claims notifi cations and cashless hospitalization servicesthrough a dedicated portal for hospitals. Developed invoicing and payments tracking functionalities to ensuretransparency and accuracy in settlements.
