At Narmada Automobile, I was responsible for managing sales and inventory operations for a wide range of two-wheeler spare parts.

A significant part of my responsibility involved streamlining stock management processes. I ensured accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical verifications and maintaining meticulous inventory records.
This helped prevent stockouts and overstocking, thereby improving operational efficiency. I also coordinated closely with procurement, production, and finance departments to ensure a smooth and synchronized workflow across all functions.
Building strong client relationships was another important aspect of my role. Through consistent communication, timely service and a customer-focused approach, I was able to establish trust and loyalty with both new and returning clients. Additionally, I contributed to increased revenue by effectively upselling spare parts and suggesting complementary products based on customer needs.
In addition to sales and inventory, I managed all aspects of store operations, including the receipt and issue of goods. My comprehensive handling of operations and strategic coordination between departments significantly improved overall performance, leading to better stock visibility, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth for the business.
